Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final with the exception of errors made on our part or items that are not as described.

You must contact us within 7 days of receipt if you believe your purchase is not as described.

In some instances, exchanges or store credit may be an option depending on the situation.

In the rare event of a refund or if an order is cancelled by you, payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund unless the error is ours. Unfortunately, all payment processors no longer refund those charges to sellers. If an order was already shipped, shipping costs will be deducted unless an error was made on our part.

Any refund is processed w/in 24 hours on our end and sent back to the original form of payment utilized. The amount of time it takes to receive your refund can vary based on the payment issuer. Generally, you'll receive a credit card refund within 7 to 14 business days after we process it. Other payment providers will vary.
