Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final, except in cases where we’ve made an error or the item received is not as described.


If you believe your purchase doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange or store credit as a solution.

In the rare event of a refund or if you cancel your order, please note that payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund unless the issue was caused by us. Unfortunately, payment processors no longer refund these fees to sellers. Additionally, if your order has already shipped, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the error was on our part.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours on our end and credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your payment provider—typically, credit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days, while other methods may vary.
