How long does it take for my order to process and ship?
All orders process within 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday).


What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. You will be able to select the carrier and method at checkout.


Will my order be insured against loss or damage?
Yes, insurance costs are automatically included in the shipping fees.


Do you accept returns?
Generally, no. If the item was incorrectly described, then a return, exchange or store credit is possible. To see additional details, please review our return policy here return policy.


Do you sell authentic autographs?
Yes!


Are your autographs guaranteed authentic?
Yes!


What payment types to you accept?
PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Microsoft Pay, Samsung Pay, Sezzle, Affirm, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.


My credit card keeps getting declined. Any idea why?
Many possibilities, but here are the most common:

- The shipping address must match the billing address. If not, our system will decline the purchase.
- The billing address must match exactly what your credit card issuer has on file or it will be declined.
- The 3 or 4 digit card security code was entered incorrectly.
- Your card issuer's fraud protection software sometimes blocks purchases. Please check with your card issuer.
- The purchase has exceeded the card's available balance.
- The card number / expiration date / security code was entered incorrectly.



Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes. We have happy customers worldwide. We ship to many international destinations. Some countries are excluded do to issues with reliable delivery or fraud. We do not allow freight forwarders or consolidators as the recipient delivery address. You are responsible for any import taxes/duties. Please read more here shipping policy.
